What Are Our Real Priorities: Our Children or Our Career?
How can someone say that children are most important while work and money come first in practice?

Most parents sincerely say that their children matter more than work, yet calendars can tell a different story. Livelihood is real, career obligations are real, and the essay does not deny them. The challenge is to notice when the means of supporting a family has quietly displaced the family itself as the primary recipient of attention. Priorities are not proved by declarations but by repeated choices. The question is therefore not whether work matters, but whether our actual schedule reflects the hierarchy of values we claim to hold.
